REACH Education Services

Many people wish they could become more independent in their community. We provide education and training for people with disabilities to make it happen.

Making the Impossible, Possible

All of our educational programs are optimized with family, staff, and community input for the best in care, personal performance, and individual potential.

With REACH Education Services, you'll experience:

  • Optimal staff-to-student ratios
  • Augmentative communication support
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • An individualized approach to housing education
  • Emphasis on developing friendships
  • A mix of trained volunteer and paid expert staff
  • Integration with the community

All of our activities, including the popular ArtSource Project, are infused with training on skills related to independence.

Eligibility

We work with students of all ages. Students are typically:

  • A current client of a Regional Center, a private, nonprofit organization that contracts with the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to fund and administer services to people with developmental disabilities. If they are not, we can instead provide private pay options.
  • Committed to becoming more independent and integrated with the community.
