REACH Housing Services

We believe everyone can live in a home of their choosing, with the right support, regardless of disability.

Home Is Where You Can Be Yourself

Everyone should have a say in where and how they live. That's our Supported Living philosophy.

Supported Living

The goal is to live in a decent and secure home of your own choosing, even if you need continuous support 24 hours a day. REACH Supported Living Services (SLS) can help you find and coordinate support so you can live in a home of your own.

First, we talk about your lifestyle, your interests in activities, family, and what your ideal environment looks like. Then, we listen to your needs: emotional, physical, cultural, and intellectual. After all, your home is for you.

Once we have a good idea of what you need to live your best life as independently as possible, we tap into our extensive network to find a housing solution that works for you. Most often, it's a synchronized set of recommendations, including around-the-clock support every day, if that is what you need.

What is your home dream? Let us help you make it happen.
